💸 Clikker Refund Policy

At Clikker, we strive to create a fair and transparent experience for both fans and creators. Our refund policy ensures clarity for digital, physical, and service-based purchases made on our platform.


✅ What is Eligible for a Refund?

Product Type Refund Eligibility Conditions
Digital Drops ❌ Not Eligible Delivered instantly. Cannot be revoked.
Shoutouts / Videos ❌ Not Eligible Personalized content is final.
Fan Call Bookings ✅ Partial/Full Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Physical Products ✅ Yes Refunded if damaged or incorrect.
Subscriptions ✅ Case-by-case Only for technical or billing errors.

⏳ Refund Request Timeline

  • 📞 Fan Calls: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
  • 📦 Physical Products: Refund requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • 🧾 Subscriptions: Refunds allowed within 3 days of billing if unused.

📩 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@clikker.in with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Detailed issue description
    • Photos (if for damaged products)
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return/refund process.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We initiate it within 2–4 business days of approval.
  • Bank processing may take another 3–5 business days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Changed mind after purchasing.
  • Downloaded or used a digital product.
  • Missed scheduled fan call without notice.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

📦 Physical Product Returns

If your product is damaged or incorrect:

  • Must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return it within 5 working days of refund approval.
  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer (case dependent).
